Certificate of Quality Requirement

To qualify for warranty, all products must come with a Certificate of Quality, which serves as the warranty card. If the Certificate of Quality card is missing, warranty claims will not be accepted.

The warranty period is valid for 1 year from the date indicated on the Certificate of Quality card.

Eligibility Criteria for Warranty Coverage

  • Products that have defects in manufacturing or materials used in their construction.
  • Malfunctions or breakdowns that occur within the specified warranty period.
  • Products that do not perform as advertised or specified in the product documentation.
  • Poor workmanship or craftsmanship resulting in product issues.
  • Products that fail to meet certain quality standards or expectations.
  • Premature wear and tear that is beyond what would be considered normal for the product.

Exclusions from Warranty

We do not accept warranty claims in the following cases:

  • Missing parts
  • Intentional damage
  • Misuse
  • Lack of proper maintenance

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees for both the outbound and return shipments.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out the warranty request form.
  • Upon acceptance, we will provide you with a Warranty Order Number.
  • Include the provided Warranty Order Number with your shipment.
  • For better tracking, provide us with the shipping tracking number after the item is dispatched.
  • The tracking number is crucial to ensure the safe receipt of your item. Please note that we are not responsible for items before we confirm their receipt.

Warranty Processing Time

The warranty processing time is estimated to be between 7 to 21 working days. Some cases may take longer, depending on the availability of parts or materials. We will inform you of the estimated date after inspecting the item.
