    Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories within 15 days from the date of delivery. Made to Order, customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PRODUCT TAG OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
