Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Returns and Exchanges Policy of Hebes by Chloe.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your items for refund (excluding shipping and special request charges). Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 15 days from the date of delivery. Made to Order, customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Returned merchandise must be meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PRODUCT TAG OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
- Made to Order, customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned and exchanged.
- All sale items with “final sale mark” subject to final sale policies.
- All orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $2000 will be considered as special order.
Customized and Special Orders
Selected items sold by Hebes By Chloe may be considered a “Special Order” or “Custom Order” and subject to final sale policies. A “Special Order” or “Custom Order” may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are “special ordered”, or custom made for you.
All orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $2000 will be considered as special order.
