Can I place a custom order?
It is, of course, possible to ask to remove, add or switch charms and beads. We can also change the stone type in a bracelet. Keep in mind that we can only do a custom bracelet with the stones/metals and designs that you currently can find on the website.

Where are you located?
Our showroom located in Garden Grove, California. Here we design & handmade all of our bracelets. Please come to visit us.
Does Hebes by Chloe offer warranty on the jewelry?
Over the years we have worked hard to create the highest quality of handmade jewelry for our customers. Our quality is among the very highest in the industry and we are now able to offer 1 YEAR GUARANTEE on all items purchase. Receipt must be presented to use the guarantee. The guarantee covers the following:
– Broken string or elastic
– Cracked beads
– Damaged lock or closure
Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and leather. If you have a repair, please e-mail our [email protected] for details on how to process your repair. Once we have received your repair at our office, we are not able to store your item for longer than 90 days.
How do I know my wrist-size?
We do have a page where we show you how to measure your wrist. Please click here
Keep in mind that you should not add ‘space’ yourself to your wrist measurement. If you want the bracelet loose on your wrist, simply write loose when checking out.
The average wrist-size for men is a 17.78cm /7 inch
The average wrist-size for women is 16.5cm/ 6.5 inch
Keep in mind that we do need a wrist-size otherwise, we cannot fulfill your order. If you need any assistance, you can always contact us.
I would like to know the status of my order.
When you have placed an order, it will take three business days to handmade your bracelet(s). For more information about this process, you can read the confirmation email you have received.
When your bracelet(s) is/are ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, it is possible the email ended up in the spam folder. If this is also not the case, please send an email to [email protected] so we can track your order for you and give you all the details regarding its status.
Keep in mind that we need to have a wrist-size and a correct delivery address to fulfill your order.
How long does the shipment take?
Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 2-3 business days if you have provided a wrist-size as well as a valid address, it is then prepared for shipping. We use USPS Priority Shipping, which has a delivery time between one and 3 business days within the US, and 7-10 days for international shipments.
Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.
I would need to resize my bracelet.
Of course, we understand that it can be a little tricky getting the size right the first time. However, we would love to resize it for you.Please contact our customer support team for proper assistance on this matter. We will guide you with the steps to follow!
How should I take care of the bracelet?
We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the bracelet. If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the silver/gold. Nothing will happen if you take it on and off every day. Also, nothing will happen if it’s in touch with water only! If you have a Silver bracelet, you can clean that from time to time with a Silver Cleaning Cloth. If you have a gold bracelet, you can clean the gold with a glasses cleaning cloth.

I would like an exchange.
Exchanging bracelets is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage and the tag needs to be attached.
The fastest way of making the exchange is to return the bracelet that you currently have. As soon as it arrives here, we will issue a full refund. Please see more details at our return & exchange policies page.
I would like to return my order.
For all the Hebes by Chloe bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.hebesbychloe.com & our store. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s).
For a refund, we accept Hebes by Chloe bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
